Each fall, a staged reading series will showcase four writers’ work presented to the public for free. Audiences will enjoy refreshments and experience an early look at these new plays, with conversation after. Each project will receive dramaturgical support and guidance, as well as promotion and casting assistance.

Writers involved in the past have included Alexandra Collier, Erin Courtney, Kristoffer Diaz, Julia May Jonas, Charles Mee, Mark Sitko, Ariel Stess and Gary Winter. Directors have included Knud Adams, Claire Beckman, Leonie Ettinger, Meghan Finn, Lisa Peterson, Kristan Seemel, Shannon Sindelar, and Liesl Tommy.
