In May BNW toured the NY/NJ harbor with a staged reading of Budd Schulberg's classic: On The Waterfront kicking off a summer

I have long been a fan of Brave New World, and feel so lucky to
have been invited into the fold to work with such a dynamic and dedicated group of people. The work they do is both inspiring,
and invaluable. And what a treat its been for me personally to revisit a play that I havent worked on in over
ten years. Fuddy Meers was essentially my first play produced in New York, so it holds a special place in my heart. - David
Lindsay-Abaire DAVID LINDSAY-ABAIRE received the 2007 Pulitzer Prize for Drama for his play Rabbit Hole, which premiered
on Broadway at MTCs Biltmore Theatre. Rabbit Hole received five Tony nominations, including Best Play, and the Spirit
of America Award. David was most recently awarded the Ed Kleban Award as Americas most promising musical theatre lyricist
for his work on Shrek the Musical (book and lyrics), his newest show, currently running at the Broadway Theater. Davids
other works include Fuddy Meers, Kimberly Akimbo, Wonder of the World and A Devil Inside, among others. In addition to his
work in theatre, David is writing the screenplay for Sony Pictures upcoming Spider-Man 4, and a screen adaptation of
his Kimberly Akimbo for Killer Films. His screenplay for Rabbit Hole goes into production this summer, starring Nicole Kidman
and Aaron Eckhart. David is a proud New Dramatists alum, a graduate of Sarah Lawrence College and the Juilliard School, as
well as a member of the WGA and the Dramatists Guild Council.
