Overview:

Brave New World Rep is dedicated to producing reenvisioned classics and new works by Brooklyn writers all over Brooklyn. Our resident company and guest artists produce adventurous theatre in unexpected venues for local audiences. Our philosophy embraces a lean and creative approach to production, placing the focus on the actor and the environment; this allows us to create affordable (often free) performances for diverse audiences.

Internships with Brave New World Rep are offered in Production and Design, Literary Management and Marketing and Development, and can be seasonal or year-round. Interns are involved in production/strategy meetings and are hands-on in the day-to-day activity of creating our works. Interns have the opportunity to build relationships with our seasoned artists, and there is the possibility of future paid positions.
